New Vulcan TruFlo® Mold Handling System

We are happy to announce that Ancast will be installing a new Vulcan TruFlow mold handling system for our H32 line in January.  This upgrade will increase capacity, improve quality and is the next step in our evolution to become a world class iron foundry.  This video show a similar line in use.

To facilitate this upgrade our Christmas shutdown our molding lines will be shut down as follows;

Hunter 32 – Dec 22 – Jan 20
Hunter 20 – Dec 22 – Jan 13
BP’s – Dec 22 – Jan 6
Shipping – Dec 22 – Jan 1

We kindly request that your production requirements that will be affected by these shutdown dates be pulled before Dec 22. Please call Sandra Stril to discuss.

Summer Maintenance Shutdown

Dear Customers,

 Ancast Industries Ltd will be shutting down for three weeks from July 14th to Aug 7th to facilitate major maintenance projects.

For current lead times and order cutoff for shutdown please see here.

Grinding and shipping will continue during shutdown.

Ancast will be shutdown for Christmas and winter maintenance from Dec 16th to Jan 2nd.

Ancast will be shutdown from July 18th to August 5th.

Some shipping will take place during the first week but all orders must be poured by July 17th.

Ancast will be closed for the following holidays.

Thanksgiving – Monday October 12

Remembrance Day – Wednesday November 11

Christmas and New Years – Friday Dec 18th to January 4th.  There will be support staff will be available and shipping will be taking place during this time except for Dec 24, 25, 28 and Jan 1st.
